James Sandy received his PhD from Texas Tech University and is currently an assistant professor of Instruction at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he teaches a wide variety of courses in Military and Cultural history and supervises the undergraduate internship program. His 1st and upcoming book, A War All Our Own, offers a comprehensive history of the American Ranger Tradition.
